Usage and limits
Your current usage, remaining quota, and next reset date are visible in the dashboard. API responses include standard X-RateLimit-*

Limits
If you exceed your plan’s limits, requests will return 429 Too Many Requests
until the window resets or you upgrade/add credit.
Monthly credit
Your monthly credit is reset at the start of each cycle. The cycle is monthly based on the date of your first purchase, and the credit is added to your account at the start of the cycle. So make sure to use them!
Request pricing
This is the cost of the requests you make to the API, and is charged to your credit balance.
Displaying venues to your users takes as little as 1 request (search) per session, or 2+ requests (search + detail) per session to also get rich data about a venue.

Billing and invoices
- Manage your plan in the current subscription on the billing page by clicking on the three dots next to the item.
- Download invoices and receipts from the purchase history section on the billing page by clicking on the three dots next to the item.
Top-ups
Top-ups are great for when you have a spikes in usage. While your monthly credit will cycle, top-ups will never cycle, so whatever you add will be safe.Top-up credits only get used when there are no monthly credits left for the month.

As mentioned above, top-ups are great for when you have a spikes in usage. Top-up credits only get used when there are no monthly credits left for the month, and they don't cycle, so it's not a problem if you have more then you need.
Auto top-ups
Manual top-ups are enabled by default for Hobbyists and above. By default the auto topup amount is set at 20% of your monthly subscription, rounded to the nearest pound. You can disable and change the auto top-up amount on the billing page.
Auto top-ups only action when your total credit (monthly + top-up) balance falls below 10% of your monthly subscription.

Auto top-ups are enabled by default for all plans above Builder, and automatically add credit when your balance falls below a threshold. You can disable or change it on the billing page.
Top-up credits never cycle
Top-up credits never cycle, so whatever you add will be safe.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel or change plans at any time. Refunds are handled per our Terms of Sale. Usually refunds are only given when there has been an issue with the service or billing processes. Refunds are not provided for canceling your subscription. When refunds are given, they are tipicly processed within 24 hours.
